A lot happened today, but I'm too lazy to do more than a short rundown. I attended Kaamatan, a recently nationalized Malaysian holiday, a kind of Thanksgiving/Erntedankfest. I watched the colorful performances for some time, and I listened to the music. When the music got too wild (too traditional that is), I went for dinner, which was for free. I could choose from rice with chicken, chicken with noodles, or noodles with rice. I chose all of it, of course.

Bored, I had another movie interruptus, after which I returned to the festivities. To the nth degree, I was offered female company. If it had not started to rain, I would have seen the white in the eye of Sabah's sultan, as his car stopped right in front of me, with lots of police swarming about the place. But I wasn't patient and interested enough and went home to take a closer look at cash flow from investing activities.

Besides this, KK is just another uninteresting and in my opinion rather filthy city that I can't report much about.
